Any content uploaded to the Service is owned by the user. AudioTranscription.ai does not claim ownership of any content uploaded by users.

AudioTranscription.ai will not use any uploads for anything other than delivering transcription outputs to the user. AudioTranscription.ai does not share user content with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Service.

Use of the Service at User's Risk

Use of the Service is at the user's own risk. AudioTranscription.ai does not guarantee the accuracy of the transcription, and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Service.

Purchases

Credits are valid for up to 6 months. No transfers of credits, nor refunds will be provided.
